About Radisson’s Post

I’m Jason Radisson. I’ve helped build multiple tech unicorns and led them to life-changing exits for investors and employees, across platforms that created millions of jobs. Today I’m CEO of Movo, building something new with Project Darkhouse, host of the CEO Tradecraft podcast, and an active angel investor.

I started at McKinsey in Madrid. Spent a decade across corporate strategy, M&A, and Fortune 500 operations. Joined Uber as Regional General Manager on the West Coast leadership team. Became COO at 99, Latin America’s first unicorn, scaling it from $100M to over $1B in revenue and a $1B exit to DiDi. Was early at Rappi as investor and interim COO/CMO as we expanded across nine countries.

I’m writing Radisson’s Post from Minneapolis because my family’s roots in this region predate the state itself, and my choice to build here is intentional. My ancestor Pierre-Esprit Radisson co-founded the Hudson’s Bay Company and mapped the upper Mississippi.

Weekly. Operator notes from the builds in front of me, reflections from the ones behind me, and the occasional dispatch from the woods.
